公司1989年成立，专业从事有线电视设备的研发机构、生产。是国内早、规模、专业化的厂家之一。公司现有员工近五百名，其中拥有中、职称的专业技术人员占百分之二十左右。一万五千多平方米的生产厂区，五千多平方米的标准生产车间，二千多平方米的办公写字楼，二千多平方米的职工公寓楼。生产线有电子装配流水线，检测调试流水线二十一条。各种仪器设备价值上千万人民币，多为美国HP（安捷伦）产品。除国内各大省市以外，还在国外设立了多处办事机构
